This resort offers a lovely atmosphere with beautiful grounds and an inviting outdoor space. The cocktails were fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed the cozy seating around the fire pit. However, my dining experiences weren't up to par, as the service was slow and my order was incorrect multiple times during my stay. Overall, it's a great spot to unwind but could use some improvement in the dining area.
Our stay at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge was fantastic! The resort is vast and filled with beautiful amenities, especially for families. The pools, including a lazy river, are spacious and well-kept. We thoroughly enjoyed the food quality during our stay, though it was a bit disappointing to find additional charges for some activities. Overall, this place offers great value for a relaxed getaway in Phoenix.
The JW Marriott Desert Ridge is a lovely resort with beautiful grounds and plenty of family-friendly activities. The staff was generally attentive, and I particularly enjoyed the engaging service at the breakfast stand. However, the crowded pools and dining challenges were a letdown, especially with the difficulty in getting reservations at the restaurants. Overall, it still offers good value for a family vacation despite these issues.

My experience at the resort was truly exceptional! The grounds are stunning, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a memorable stay. The food quality at the restaurants is simply outstanding. However, I did wish for a microwave in the room to warm up some delicious leftovers. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation filled with fun and relaxation.
